1. Overview
This website is hosted on Squarespace and links to a Shopify store where all purchases are completed. Orders are processed as follows:
Books and merchandise are sold via a linked Shopify store
Books are fulfilled by Bookvault
Merchandise is fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand partners, including Inkthreadable and Printful
Email communications, including newsletters, are managed via Zoho Mail
2. Orders & Fulfilment
Books
Book orders are placed through Shopify and fulfilled by Bookvault, who handle printing and shipping.
Merchandise
Merchandise orders are placed through Shopify and fulfilled by print-on-demand partners, currently Inkthreadable and Printful, who handle production and shipping.
All merchandise is produced using print-on-demand services, meaning items are only printed once an order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction, minimise waste, and lower environmental impact.
Print-on-demand partners are selected not only for their product quality, but for their ethical practices, sustainability values, and commitment to sourcing products as locally and responsibly as possible.
If additional fulfilment partners are introduced in the future, they will be chosen using the same principles. Where a product or component cannot be sourced locally, this will always be communicated transparently, along with the reason it has still been selected.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are in GBP (£).
All payments for books and merchandise are processed securely via Shopify.
4. Shipping
Shipping times and rates vary depending on the product ordered, the fulfilment partner, and the destination country:
Books are fulfilled by Bookvault and shipped via their delivery partners
Merchandise is fulfilled by Inkthreadable or Printful and shipped via their respective logistics networks
You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. As all items are made-to-order, delivery times may be longer than standard retail orders — typically 5–14 business days, though this can vary depending on location and fulfilment partner.
5. Returns & Refunds
All items are made-to-order. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. Replacements or refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Charity Donations
For every book purchased, £2 is donated to charity. Customers can choose whether their order supports Mind (a UK mental health charity) or Friends of the Earth (an environmental organisation). If no preference is selected at checkout, donations will be allocated in a way that supports both charities equally over time.
Donations are made from the proceeds of each sale and are not eligible for Gift Aid.

7. Email Communications
By subscribing to email updates, you agree to receive occasional newsletters via Zoho Mail. You can unsubscribe at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and associated projects — including the poem, product designs, website design, and related materials — is owned by Arabella Tanyel.
The poem was co-authored with a collaborator, and the artwork featured in the book was created by 28 contributing artists. Full credit for all contributors is provided on the dedicated Artists page.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Services
This site works with trusted third-party providers, including:
Shopify – E-commerce platform for all sales
Bookvault – Book fulfilment
Inkthreadable – Merchandise fulfilment
Printful – Merchandise fulfilment
Zoho Mail – Email communications
Squarespace – Website hosting and front-end platform
